• Sedimentology, postsedimentation processes.
• Petrography and mineralogy of clastic, clay and carbonate rocks.
• Paleogeography and paleotectonics.
• Geochemistry (including isotopic geochemistry) and minerageny of sedimentary sequences (magnesite, siderite, fluorite, etc.).
