ATLAS OF FORAMINIFERA AND MICROFACIES OF UPPER DEVONIAN AND LOWER CARBONIFEROUS DEPOSITS OF NORTHERN EURASIA. FAMENNIAN AND TOURNAISIAN STAGES

Year:
2018

Atlas of foraminifers and microfacies of the Upper Devonian and Lower Carboniferous deposits of Northern Eurasia. Famennian and Tournaisian Stages/Kulagina E.I., Stepanova T.I., Zaitseva E.L., Gorozhanina E.N., Gibshman N.B., Ivanova R.M., Vevel Ya.A., Ponomareva G. Yu., Filimonova T.V.

GEOLOGICAL STRUCTURE OF THE BASEMENT OF THE CENTRAL PART OF THE WEST SIBERIAN PLATFORM (Yugansk-Koltogorsky region). Ivanov, N.P. Kostrov, N.V. Vakhrusheva, Yu.V. Erokhin, S.V. Berzin, O.E. Pogromskaya, A.E. Stepanov

Year:
2018

Petrography, petrochemistry, geochemistry, geochronology and biostratigraphy of rocks of the complexes of the Pre-Jurassic base of the Yugansk-Koltogorsky zone of the central part of Western Siberia were studied using the core of more than 40 wells. A geological map of the pre-Jurassic foundation of the 1:500000 scale zone has been constructed. At the base of the stratified strata of the region are metamorphic formations – quartz-sericite, albite-chlorite-quartz and other shales of the green shale facies, mainly its lower ones.

PETROLOGY AND CHROMITE PRESENCE OF THE RAI-IZ ULTRAMAFIC MASSIF. N.V. Vakhrusheva, P.B. Shiryaev, A.E. Stepanov, A.R. Bogdanova

Year:
2017

The monograph presents the results of modern study of geological complexes that make up the unique Rai-Iz ultramafic massif in the Polar Urals, which hosts industrial deposits of chromium ores. The evolution of the material of ultramafic rocks during the long metamorphic history of the massif is traced.

LATERAL FOLDING AND ORE-GENESIS/A.YU. KISIN, V.A. KOROTEEV

Year:
2017

A fundamentally new mechanism of deformation of the earth's crust under uniaxial horizontal compression, which occurs during the horizontal movement of crustal masses, is proposed. The deformations are carried out by the “thrust-longitudinal bend” tectono-pair: by thrusts, the crust is divided into blocks of positive and negative bend, which determined the name “block folding”.

BASES OF ZONAL BIOCHRONOLOGY. V.V. Chernykh

Year:
2016

Definitions of the most frequently used terms and basic concepts in stratigraphy are given. Requirements for zonal biochronological scales are formulated, a program for the construction and unification of zonal biochronological scales with a high correlation potential is developed. It is proposed to limit the use of ordinary, physical time in stratigraphic practice and use for time comparisons chronological, event scales constructed on the basis of the evolutionary sequence of organism species.

Geological structure and fluid dynamics of the West-Siberian basement (in the east of KMAD). K.S. Ivanov, V.B. Pisetsky, Yu.V. Erokhin,V.V. Khiller, O.E. Pogromskaya

Year:
2016

The results of studies are presented, during which a significant amount of new geological and geophysical data on the basement of the eastern part of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra (KhMAO) was obtained. Based on a comprehensive geological and geophysical analysis, a geological map of the pre-Jurassic basement of the east of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (scale 1 : 500000) was compiled with an inset on a scale of 1 : 20

Main factors in endogenic processes. A.I. Malishev

Year:
2015

The monograph is a continuation of the theme, touched upon in the previous works "Volcano Life" (2000) and "Sulfur in igneous ore formation" (2004) - teams of the role of gas component in the volcanic process and the process of magmatic ore formation, respectively. The work is based on the author's long-term observations of the eruptions of one of the most active volcanoes in Kamchatka, the Bezymyanny volcano.

Lithogeochemistry of terrigenous associations of southern basins of the Cis-Ural trough. A.V. Maslov, G.A. Mizens, L.V. Badida, M.T. Krupenin, G.M. Vovna, V.I. Kiselev, Yu.L. Ronkin

Year:
2015

Information is given on the lithogeochemical features of sandstones and clayey rocks composing the sedimentary sequences of the Yuryuzano-Sylvinskaya and Belskaya depressions of the Cis-Ural trough. It is shown that the chemical composition of sandstones corresponds to typical greywackes and Fe-sandstones.
